There’s more to life than this..
In this current day in life, differentiating between normality and dreams feels even harder than ever before.
We walk around this life, trying to return to “normality” which no longer exists.
In fact its been so long since living our previous lives that I don’t believe they exist any longer.
How do we return to normality? Or even a functioning life?
The problem is that we left the rat race of life behind for almost a year, so the idea of returning to such a way of life is exhausting.
Mental health is taking a nose dive as we are exiting lock down. It is as though we are being catapulted into a lions den with no way out.
I know my body is finally retaliating against the world and say no, however how do we survive or even exist in the new world?
